9-7-10 Travel team to Stonewall

I think everyone knows by now if they're coming, but for those that are unsure, here is the list.  Try to get to the cafeteria around 2:50 to get some food to take on the bus.

Friday (Sept 3rd) Practice

Practice Friday this September 3rd will be from 3-4pm in the weight room.

There will be practice Monday with Coach Taylor.  Time to be determined

Field Hockey Try-outs

Pre-Season starts on August 2nd at 8am.  We'll be meeting at the practice field by the track. 

Be sure to bring with you:

• Physical form
• Cleats
• Running shoes
• Mouthguard
• Stick --here is a guide to help you pick one if you've never done this before:

• Water--be sure to bring enough
• Shinguards
• Protective eye wear if you have it.
• Inhaler if you have asthma
